I bought a 3 BHK smart flat in this complex through NoBroker, so sharing my Habitat Eden Heights reviews here. I faced no issues with property or any paperwork. Additionally, the CRM representative was quite responsive and gave timely answers to all my queries. I had a pleasant conversation with the sales team. Regarding the property, I can tell that it is in the best location around.
Although it is on the main road, you don't have to worry about noise or pollution because the structure is more than 100 meters from the main gate, which is surrounded by a path and all utilities. There won't be any more construction noise because other flats are located on all three sides. Also, I found the Habitat Eden Heights unit size amazing.
The complex has two entrances: one on Hoodi Main Road and the other on a service road. I advise you to check out the project details and buy the model flat if you're looking for a house in Whitefield.

I went to this society last month and stayed there in preparation for my brother's house-warming. I just loved the Habitat Eden Heights location. It is located close to the Hoodi metro station. What I found that:
Shantiniketan IT Park is just 1.7 km away,
ITPB or Phoenix Market City is 2.5 km away
INORBIT Mall is 3 km away
Vydehi Hospital is 3.5 km away from this project
Apart from this, I liked that there are uPVC Track Sliding Shutters and uPVC Sliding Door cum window for Balconies with mosquito mesh and pinned glass. I will rate it 5 out of 5 under my Habitat Eden Heights reviews. 👍

I visited the Habitat Eden Heights location in the last week of December 2023. I found excellent floor plans with access from a crossroads. What I like the most is that this project is located away from the busy main road but it would gain even more momentum due to its prime location and the upcoming metro. The facilities were of the highest quality; in fact, I already saw the outdoor sports facilities getting ready to go. Also, premium and fully Vastu-compliant flats were available here.
I felt the passion of the design team in every square foot that was planned. The sales team also informed me that they collaborated with a group of extremely senior and experienced architects. As I found everything perfect, I invested in a 1768 sq ft 3 BHK luxury flat here.
