What are the Reviews of Hatha Coco Nest Bellandur Bangalore?

My uncle wanted to invest in properties in Bangalore as he was moving from Delhi to Bangalore. When he checked out Hatha Coco Nest, it fit well to his requirements, as his new office is situated in Bellandur.

The Hatha Coco Nest RERA Number is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/180728/001953. The project was free from legal hurdles. While he was on the project tour he was shown the project amenities. 

• A park has been set up for the residents.

• The project has a separate indoor gaming area.

• Hatha Coco Nest has a well-equipped gym.

• The project has a separate party hall for the residents to use.

• Rainwater Harvesting measures have been implemented.

He was happy with the amenities in place. He would like to book a flat here at the earliest so that he can make his move at the earliest.

While looking for properties near Bellandur, Bangalore, I came across Hatha Coco Nest project. I looked at Hatha Coco Nest Review online and since that appealed to me, I decided to do a project tour. 

Hatha Coco Nest is located at Kempapura Main Road, Yemalur, Bellandur, Bengaluru, Karnataka. On the project tour, I got acquainted with the connecting hotspots around it:

• HAL Bus Station is 15 minutes away. 

• Marathahalli Kalamandir bus stop is just 17 minutes away from the Hatha Coco Nest location.

• Bellandur Road Train Station is only 5.1 km away.

• Sakra World Hospital is 9 minutes away. 

• Old Airport Road’s Cloud Nine Hospital is 5.7 km away.

As the connectivity was good and they were offering proper facilities, I decided to invest here.

I wanted to invest in Hatha Group when I heard of Hatha Coco Nest review from my friends. Recently, I went to check this project and found out some important information about the project.

I learned that the total project area is 1 acre. Hatha Coco Nest unit sizes range from 1102 sq ft to 1558 sq ft. The sales manager informed me of the flat configurations and prices, which I have listed below:

I also had a look at the project interiors:

• Teak Wood frame for the main door.

• 3 Track Powder Coated Aluminium Windows.

• Granite Platform with Stainless Steel sink in the kitchen.

• Emulsion Paint has been used in both interior and exterior.

• Sanitary fittings of high quality have been installed.

Since I had a budget of Rs 1 Crore I decided to purchase a 3 BHK flat here.
