What are the Reviews of Himagiri Meadows Gottigere Bangalore?

My brother-in-law was looking to invest in properties near Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore. When he learnt about Himagiri Meadows, he decided to go and see the project. As Himagiri Meadow possession date was 2013, the flats have been ready to move. This worked as a game-changer for him.

At Himagiri Meadows, he looked at the project amenities, some of which were as follows:

• The project has a separate children’s play zone.

• A park has been made for the resident’s use.

• Himagiri Meadows has multiple sports courts along with an Indoor gaming area.

• The project has a fully functional gym and a jogging track.

• An Amphitheatre has been built at Himagiri Meadows.

The flats were fully Vaastu compliant. He was very satisfied with the amenities on offer. He loved the overall look of the project and decided to purchase a flat here.

While looking for properties, I came across many Himagiri Meadows Review. After looking at them carefully, I decided to pay a project visit. Since the place was far off I made sure I kept sufficient time to check the project.

Himagiri Meadows Location is at Gottigere, Bengaluru. After getting to the venue, I learnt about the connecting points which were around the project.

Some of them are as follows:

• Gottigere has superb bus connectivity to other areas like Bannerghatta Road and Kanakapura Road.

• Bannashankari Metro Station is 4 km away. 

• Gottigere Metro Station is likely to finish by 2026 which will facilitate faster connectivity.

• The Peripheral Ring Road will further enhance connectivity with Gottigere and decrease travel time considerably.

• IT Hubs like Electronic City and Koramangala are situated near this project.

• Apollo Hospital and Fortis Hospital are close to Himagiri Meadows.

For me, the biggest positive was the amazing transport connectivity. Healthcare facilities are available within a short distance. I would be interested in booking a flat here.

My friend’s car showroom was shifted to Gottigere, so he wanted to change houses to a nearer location. I informed him about Himagiri Meadows, as I heard a lot about it. When he enquired about this project, he was amazed by the idea of having metro connectivity near Himagiri Meadows location, as it would make his commute quicker.

He made a project tour and looked at Himagiri Meadows unit configurations which were as follows:

Since he had a budget of 1.5 crore he settled on purchasing a 2 BHK flat. He also checked the project interiors too. This is how the flats looked:

• Vitrified tiles have been used in the Bedroom, Kitchen, Living and Dining. Anti-skid tiles have been used in the Balconies and toilets.

• A decorative main door has been installed. The other doors are decorative laminates.

• High-quality paints have been used in the interior and exterior walls.

• Stainless Steel sink has been installed in the kitchen.

• Modular switches of reputed make have been installed.
