What are the Reviews of Himagiri Residency Doddathogur Bangalore?

My Cousin wanted to invest in ready-to-move projects in Bangalore. When he came across Himagiri Residency, he checked the project and found some important information.

He learned that Himagiri Residency RERA number is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/AG/180205/001849. This meant the flats were free from legal roadblocks. 

While he was getting abreast with details, he was shown the project amenities:

• Internet services are provided at Himagiri Residency.

• The project has a separate children's play area.

• A library has been constructed for the resident's use.

• Himagiri Residency has a well-equipped gym and jogging track.

• Community Hall and Party area have been set up in this project.

Since Himagiri Residency was ready for possession, his criteria were fulfilled. He was happy with the amenities on offer. Finally, he booked an apartment here.

While looking for properties in the Doddathogur locality of Bangalore, I came across an online Himagiri Residency review. After looking at the review, I felt I should check out the project.  I then looked at the Himagiri Residency location.

Himagiri Residency is located at Neeladri Road, Bettadasanapura Rd, Doddathogur, Bengaluru, Karnataka. While I went on the project tour I found out about several connecting points around the project.

• The Dodda Thogur Cross and Thogur Cross Bus Stops are both 2 minutes away.

• Sparsh Hospital is 0.5 km away. Springleaf Hospital is 4 km away.

• Vidyarambh International School is 3 minutes away. Treamis World School is  7 minutes away.

• Nilgiri’s is 0.6 km away and More Supermarket is 0.8 km away.

I was very satisfied with the overall look and feel of the area, so I booked an apartment here.

A friend of mine was keen to buy properties in Bangalore but he wanted projects with immediate possession. After he heard of Himagiri Residency he looked at the project and then understood the Himagiri Residency unit size and configuration details.

He found that the total project area is 4 acres. This area is near Electronic City, an IT Hub with tremendous development over many years. 

When it comes to the unit configurations, the list is as follows:

A 1 BHK flat starts at Rs 27.97 lakh, and A 2 BHK flat costs Rs 38.2 lakh. When it comes to 3 BHK it costs Rs. 56.11 lakh. Finally, my friend booked a 3 BHK flat here.
