What are the reviews of Hiranandani Regent Hill, Powai, Mumbai?

I went to check out this project last month and I am not quite happy with it. I spent 3 hours in this area and throughout the period I heard extreme construction noises. I asked a resident about it since I thought it is just a matter of time, but the resident said that they hear this noise 24*7. In fact, the decibel level exceeds 80dB. I checked out an apartment here and trust me you feel suffocated here. They are like pigeon holes so asking for crores for it is simply not justifiable. The Regent Hill Hiranandani possession date also gets delayed. It was expected to get completed by this year but got postponed to next year in December. My colleagues living here also did not have any such positive Regent Hill Hiranandani reviews to share so I won’t rate this project anything more than 1.8/ 5. So please, think hundreds of times before investing here. This is all I can say about the Regent Hill Hiranandani Gardens Powai project. 

My friend wanted to buy a resale flat in Regent Hill Hiranandani Gardens Powai so I went to check it out with her last year. There were several 1 BHKs of different sizes available there so let me share some of them-

This is the Regent Hill Hiranandani floor plan I have as of now. The apartments here are all semi-finished. Here are some more specifications-

• Acrylic emulsion paint has been used for the interior walls

• The master bedroom has laminated wooden flooring

• For the living area, vitrified tiles have been used

• You will get a modular kitchen with a chimney, microwave, and refrigerator

I believe the Hiranandani Regent hill price is nothing compared to the facilities one is to get here. I really liked this project. My friend has also booked an apartment here so I shall recommend Regent Hill Hiranandani to you all.

Regent Hill is a great place to live since it has everything you need, including a lift, power backup, outdoor tennis courts, a kids' play area, an indoor games room, Internet/Wi-Fi connectivity, security, a swimming pool, a clubhouse, and a cycling and jogging track. You will love some other amenities like air-conditioned living, dining and bedroom, modular kitchen cabinets, best quality water purifiers and geysers and other modern facilities. I suggest you shouldn’t miss a chance to book your space here, as it promises to offer such beautiful amenities.
