I was previously residing in the RA Puram neighbourhood. My friend contacted me for information about the area before making a decision to buy a condo in the Hiranya apartments. During monsoon season, waterlogging is widespread in the area. Overflowing sewage is a persistent issue brought on by an outdated sewer network. Around Madhya Kailash, Old Mahabalipuram Road, and Sardar Patel Road there is usually heavy traffic during rush hour. Residents worry about improper trash management, including the use of the Adyar River and Velachery Lake as landfills.
There are problems with the area's water supply and lower groundwater levels.

I visited this project last week. Hence, I would like to provide an honest Hiranya Apartments review. I have provided the apartment configuration below;

The project is also a ready-to-move one. These apartments provide good amenities like 24-hour water, 24-hour security, 100% power backup, and maintenance staff, making it a fantastic place to live. However, the fact that this apartment was not RERA-registered was the only thing that bothered me. In Hiranya Apartments, prices vary depending on the apartment's orientation or floor increase. A further drawback of the apartments is the lack of covered parking.
