What are the reviews of HM Symphony Kavasanahalli Bangalore?

My uncle living in Bangalore wanted to buy a property and under a friend’s recommendation, he visited this HM Symphony project. He loved it on his first visit and was delighted to see a variety of amenities available here like 24*7 internet services and power backup facility, gym, clubhouse, amphitheatre, badminton court, kids play area and more.

He has already booked an apartment here and seems happy with the decision. You should definitely check out this project and invest here.

The best part about this project is the HM Symphony location. It is very near to Amritha Engineering College, around 600 mts away. You will get malls, markets, colleges, schools, hospitals and everything near it. The

• Carmelaram and Railway Level Crossing are just 20 and 26 minutes away respectively

• Orchids International School and VIBGYOR High School are present within a 5 km radius

• Stop and Shop and Reliance Fresh which are 4 and 6 minutes away respectively.

• The Sure Foundation Medical Centre is just 4.3 km away

• The PVR Soul Spirit is within 4.7 km

Different modes of transport are available from this project so for its connectivity, I will rate the project 5/ 5. I feel investing here will bring me a good ROI in the future hence I am all set to invest here. 

I came to learn about the HM Symphony unit configuration from a friend and felt that the properties are really affordable. Only 2 BHK flats are available here ranging between 1.19 Crore to 1.53 Crore. 

I visited this project and was delighted to see the interior planning. The 

• Living room floorings have vitrified tiles laid

• The interior walls have been painted with oil-bound acrylic distemper along with the ceiling. 

• The bathrooms have ceramic tiles with good-quality sanitary fittings. 

I am all set to have a 2 BHK here and will definitely recommend others to invest here.
