What are the reviews of Hubtown Greenwoods Thane West Maharashtra?

A friend of mine landed a job at Star Sports. He finally has decided to buy a property in Thane after years of contemplation. He said he has looked for many properties and heard good things about Hubtown Greenwoods. 

I asked him about the Hubtown Greenwoods unit configuration, to which he said there are 1, 2 and 3 BHK available. 1BHK was 355 sq ft and 2 BHK was 470 sq ft.

Since he wanted a smaller configuration, he fixated on the 2BHK flat. The price band for the flats is somewhere between Rs. 79.3 lakh to 1.22 crore. He was very particular while deciding where to invest his money for a dream house and he has put in the token amount. I think I can rely on his decision. This must indeed be a good place to live.

I have been living with my grandparents in Hubtown Greenwoods. So far my experience has been amazing. My grandma is specially elated since the flats are all vastu compliant. She believes this has a huge role in peaceful living.  

My grandpa, however, is practical and when we were buying a flat here, he asked for Hubtown Greenwoods RERA Number which was P51700000602. Mind you he has been in the judiciary for the last 3 decades. 

I personally think Hubtown Greenwoods is a good investment as it is in prime location and offers excellent living experience. If you are considering, my suggestion would be to go for it.

I am looking at properties in Thane West. I have heard a lot about Hubtown Greenwoods and many Hubtown Greenwoods reviews have been positive. I arranged a project tour and got to the location. I am considering this project for investment as it is close to many tech parks such as Ashar IT Tech Park and TCS Yantra Tech Park along with some others.

The physical infrastructure is solid with hospitals such as Chiranjeevi Hospital and Sapatnekar Hospital closeby. R Mall is a short distance away and DMart Kolshet is near the project. Since Thane West is in great demand, it makes logical sense for me to invest in a property here. I have asked my lawyers to do the necessary checks and if all goes well, I am buying a flat here.
