The apartments in the INDIS PBEL City Hyderabad are big and well-ventilated. The top-floor units feature spectacular views. The complex is well-kept. Neat and tidy. Security is tight. All services are provided. It is close to the highway. An appropriate emergency exit is also there.
Bedrooms are large and spacious, with a bathroom connected. The only drawback is that the balcony is small in comparison to the unit. They have a grocery shop along with other amenities. It's money well spent. The only disadvantage appears to be the long wait times for elevators. Also, All of the good restaurants deliver food at this location. However, because they are so far away, delivery costs are rather high.

I was staying at INDIS PBEL City as a tenant with the goal of purchasing a property here in the future. I'll try to give my honest opinion on how things went in previous years.
Avail yourself with a deep and best professional home cleaning from NoBrokerIt all started with an electric shock that killed a child owing to poor electrical wiring. There was a lot of media attention, but I didn't see even the tiniest mistake is fixed.
Following the event, due to the pressure from all the occupants, the vendors were changed in terms of maintenance and security, external audits were conducted, the org body was altered, and vigilance was increased.
There was a lot of rainwater harvesting, lake rehabilitation, cycling routes, and sports training implemented in 2019. The HMWSSB Pipeline project was also completed. PBEL will hopefully never face a water shortage in the future.
Then followed the deluge of rain. The parking lot was half-flooded, and they discovered drainage issues from the nearby JNURM colony and the outer lake. Everything was fixed in two months, and the lake now appears to be fuller than ever.
I finally got my new flat in 2021, and the price has gone up by 20 lac. This is also a good sign of investment. I am hoping for at least another ten years of tranquility.
