Since I was interested in Indis Viva City, I looked for the Indis Viva City RERA number first, which is P02400003069. I liked this project for several reasons, like:
For the Indis Viva city address. It is near Samskruthi School of Excellence, Serilingampally, Kondapur, enjoying great connectivity to Hitech City
You will get 60% open space to breathe in the fresh air
4 buildings with a total of 1000 units available. Both 2 and 3 BHKs are available here
The Indis Viva City project size is huge. It is spread across 8 acres of land

We have been looking for a 2 BHK in Hyderabad and found the Indis Viva City location in Kondapur, which is one of the best we’ve come across till now. The amenities are endless, which include a party area, gym children’s play area, park, indoor games, skating rink, swimming pool and many more. The project is built as per Vastu, which is a major factor for us.
However, we are still confused between this and one other project, which goes by the name of
GHR Titania
in the same locality. You must check it out for a great option.

Hello, we would like to share our Indis Viva City reviews based on the visit we made last week. The project offers 2 and 3 BHK flats in the Kondapur region. The floor plans for 2 BHK include 884 sq ft. and 1049 sq ft. of carpet area, while the 3 BHK configuration comes with 1383 sq ft. and 1870 sq ft. of carpet area. We liked the projects’ closeness to Hitech City and nearby facilities, such as Kondapur Bus Depot, Align Hospitals and AMB cinemas.
The Indis Viva City price starts at 1.26 crores and goes up to 2.32 crores, which is a bit high for our budget, but we have still kept it for consideration as the overall project is ideal for our needs.

I came across your question and thought of writing a short Indis Viva City reviews, a project I enquired about recently. The area is pretty nice, as it is around bus stops, several good schools and shopping places. It would be convenient to drop our two children to their school and bring them back due to the short distance. However, the 3 BHK that we wish to book doesn’t fit into our budget, so we might consider EMI options too. The Indis Viva City possession date in Kondapur is estimated to be April 2027. We are also looking to shift around 2026, so that is another problem. Our search is still in progress, but we have kept this into consideration if nothing else works out.
