I have been witnessing a real estate shift in Bangalore for the last 10 years. Recently, my friend came up to me and showed pictures of a flat in Innovative Timberleaf. The first thing I asked was about the possession status. He said that he is ready to move in.
Although, it has been about a decade to this project but by the looks of it, I found it okay. He said that the society has a gym, clubhouse, jogging track and generator facility as well to combat power cuts. There is a Tennis Court and Indoor Gaming Area. his kids are into games, they were excited too.
Going by the project details, I suggested he look at a few more properties just to see if he gets better prices. But, the overall HSR layout is a great place for house investment. If you won’t occupy it yourself, you can rent it out. The demand is massive.

While checking properties in Bangalore, my colleague told me about Innovative Timberleaf reviews. He told me that Innovative Timberleaf location is in HSR Layout, Sector 2, Somasandrapalya. This project also offered great connectivity to other areas such as Bommanahalli and Silk Board as well.HSR is a popular locality and has great property appreciation trends.
Our office is in BTM Layout and he could easily commute. Not only this, the property itself is well built and well ventilated. This seemed like a logical investment to me, I am glad he did his research and then finally paid the token amount.
