What are the reviews of Isha Misty Green Whitefield Bangalore?

One of my colleagues wanted to buy a property around Whitefield. He told me that he did some research on Isha Misty Green and though It would be worth having a look. He visited the place and learned about Isha Misty Green unit configurations. 

He found that there were houses available in 2 and 3 BHK. The price range was between 83.6 Lakh Rs to 90 lakh Rs. He was even more satisfied about the project after checking a few flats. He was looking for a flat within 1 crore. Last I checked with him, he is in the due diligence process. I think you can go and take a look at the flats. From what I heard, it seemed like a decent property.

My Cousin went to have a look at properties around Whitefield, he took a look at Isha Misty Green. He met with a building manager who helped him with all the details. He told me that he probed about the legal status of the project. The person in charge said that all the approvals were on point. He in fact showed soft copies of the documents. 

Since I had heard in the news that the residents there were attacked during Durga Pooja, I asked him to specifically take security into consideration.

Unfortunately, it didn’t look too good to him and he decided to hold off investing in a flat here.

When I was scouting for properties, there were many Isha Misty Green reviews that came very highly recommended. This made me believe that seeing this project would be worthwhile. I arranged a project tour and got to the location.

Isha Misty Green location was close to Water Tank, Whitefield, Bangalore. It has decent connectivity with bus stops at walkable distance. Infact, the Whitefield Train Station is closeby. I looked for schools, just to see if my property could attract any families to rent it. The Deens Academy is 3.8 km away, Viha Playschool is 15 minutes away.  As far as daily needs are concerned, Dmart is not too far away. 

Basically, I think this project has everything at a close distance. If I put my money in a flat here, it can attract tenants. Could anyone share their experience in the society so far. That would help me make a decision. How is the management?
