I wanted to invest in properties in Chennai. I took the help of my property manager friend and he suggested that I could take a punt on Jains Sunderbans. I asked him about Jains Sunderbans unit configurations. There were 2 and 3 BHK options present there. I was anyway looking for a 2BHK property only.
The flats came between 80 Lakhs Rs to 1 Crore Rs. I liked the construction quality and build of the property. I am happy with my investment.
