I visited my cousin living in this project last year and quite liked their Jones Blazia floor plan. This project provides 2 and 3-BHK luxurious apartments with excellent design and architecture. I am sure the Jones Blazia resale value is also going to be great as it enjoys a great location and specifications like
All the apartments are Vastu-compliant
Superior quality Vitrified/Ceramic Tile flooring and skirting used for interior flooring
Plastic emulsion paint is used for painting the interior walls
The kitchens have superior quality Vitrified/Ceramic tile flooring and wall tiling
Kitchens also have granite/Vitrified flooring
In bathrooms, you will get superior quality Ceramic Anti-skid Tile flooring and
Superior quality Ceramic Tile for walls
In balconies you will get superior quality Vitrified / Ceramic Tile flooring and skirting and
Granite coping for parapet / MS handrail as per design have been used
The balcony walls are painted with textured paint
Staircases have granite/Vitrified flooring for Treads & Risers
MS handrail as per design
Plastic emulsion paint for walls
The Jones Blazia price starts from Rs 90 lakhs onwards but these apartments are worth investing in.

I can't say much about the Jones Blazia resale value; it might be great because of its location, but as a resident, I'm not happy. They charged us crores just to give us shoddy structures. The fittings or materials for construction are not of top-grade quality as promised. Some problems I am facing here are-
Children's play area is too small
There is no senior citizen sitting area
Windows of one building face the windows or walls of another building so we do not get much air or sunlight.
I will rate this project no higher than 1.7/ 5.

Jones Blazia can be fairly considered a luxury apartment which is located in a very prime location of Kovilambakkam in Chennai. I have had frequent visits to this property site with my brother in the past few months. He was looking to buy a property in Jones Blazia considering the vast amount of amenities the property has in store along with its connectivity to all possible outside necessities like hospitals, malls, schools, IT hubs and many more. But the most intriguing factor for my brother was the price at which the property was offering 2 BHK and 3 BHK configuration apartments keeping in mind the high-end specifications of the flat. So, I would like to give my Jones Blazia review from the perspective of its affordability.
