JP North Garden City is one of the nicest apartment complexes in Mira-Bhayandar. I booked a flat here last year and as far as I know, they have completed the possession of Phases 1, 2 & 3. However, the final JP North Garden City possession date is December 2025.
The project has all possible amenities but I am really happy that it has an open space where kids can play football or other sports. I was keen to find a project where my kids could have a dedicated play area.

After reading many JP North Garden City reviews, I went to check this project with my husband.
JP North Garden City address is
Vinay Nagar Rd, Kashimira, Mira Road East, Mira Bhayandar, Maharashtra 401107.
I think this is the largest project on Mira Road. It has numerous towers, 23 stories, and a view of the mountains. I could see that every amenity is present here. Water is heated by the sun for 24 hours a day. Also, there is parking available at Podium and a three-storey parking is also there. As far as I know, the JP North Garden City completion date is December 2025.
But, there is a large open gutter in front of the building which is a major concern that causes a lot of mosquito problems in this locality.
