What are the Reviews of K Raheja Corp. Raheja Sterling, Mohammed Wadi, Pune?

I went to this project a few months back and just loved the location. This property is well-positioned and has access to major transportation links, healthcare services, and educational institutions. Apart from that, it also has breathtaking views. Following this, I asked about the Raheja Sterling possession date and RERA number, which were March 2026 and P52100032431, respectively. Recently, I visited this project with my sister. She wanted to purchase an apartment here, and right after visiting, she asked about the Raheja Sterling price. The sales manager told us that the starting price is Rs. 91 Lakhs. He gave us a tour of the demo flat as well, which I found to be quite spacious. After that, I asked about the Raheja Sterling unit configuration, and he shared a list with me.

Raheja Sterling is offering a 2 BHK with an area of 743 sq. ft. and a  3 BHK with an area of 1059 sq. ft. I requested the on-site visit and got to know about the progress. Raheja Sterling possession date is yet to be revealed, but the completion date is predicted to be March 2026. The amenities include a senior citizen zone, multipurpose hall, cricket pitch, jogging track and many other luxurious amenities. We have already booked 2 BHK for ourselves. Hello. I am in search of a 2 BHK in Pune. I have visited a few places, such as Raheja Sterling in Mohammed Wadi. Let me share a quick Raheja Sterling reviews.

The property offers 2 and 3 BHK homes and is expanded across a good space of 6.5 acres. They are offering 2 BHK apartments at 87 lakh rupees onwards.

My wife liked the property and we’re considering booking it as the location suits both of us in terms of our respective workplaces. As per the developer, the Raheja Sterling completion date is estimated to be 2.5 years from now.

 Raheja Sterling is an under-construction project in Pune. The housing society is offering 2 and 3 BHK homes. I inquired about the prices and amenities offered in the 3 BHK homes. Here is a summary of what I found out. Raheja Sterling location is NIBM Road in the Mohammed Wadi region. The project has 5 bus stops nearby along with the Sasvad Road train station, which would help with the daily commute. Apart from this, 5 hospitals are located at a decent distance, as well. The best part for us was the closeness to schools such as VIBGYOR and 4 other ICSE and CBSE schools. This would help our two children to reach and return from school with ease.

The Raheja Sterling price for a 3 BHK is 1.30 crore onwards. We’re still in talks and might go for it. You should check it out personally for a clearer understanding.
