My father had the most unpleasant experience as a customer here. All interactions besides booking were confusing and quite problematic. He said their CRMs are not helpful and he is not happy with this Kalpataru Exquisite review. The person in charge there frequently changes and the new person has no knowledge of prior communications. He got very poor communication from the management team there. He said they will always look for methods to get money from you.

In Kalpataru, my cousin booked a flat. But he was not happy at all with the ongoing construction of the lift's capacity or spacing. He said it will be a permanent issue because the developer is unwilling to address it.

I paid a visit to this property with my wife as we were thinking to buy a luxurious property in Pune. The management team there showed us the floor plan and structure of the apartments. From what we have seen, they offer 3 BHK luxurious apartments with prices starting from Rs.1.14 Crores. We came home after taking a look at the site and thought we should check out what people are saying about this project. I am not sure if I would want to invest here after reading what they had to say but I am still awaiting more Kalpataru Exquisite reviews before making any decision.
