What are the reviews of Kalpataru Paramount, Kapurbawdi, Thane, Mumbai?

I am sharing my experience through my Kalpataru Paramount Thane review. I booked a flat here in 2021 and I have visited the project site quite a number of times. All I can say is the construction quality is extremely subpar and there is a delay in possession. The possession was promised by the end of 2023 but now the Kalpataru Paramount possession date is June 2025. 

All they do is rush to take 90–95 per cent of the top slab before delaying possession for at least two years. I must also tell you that the sample flat's quality and the actual flat's quality are quite different. The fixtures fall short of expectations.

Kalpataru Paramount RERA number is

P51700004031 and

RERA granted a one-year delay due to Covid, but two tower possessions that were supposed to commence in 2017, are now going to commence in 2023. Nearly 5 years have passed, and the project is still in progress. I wouldn't suggest anyone purchase any flat here.

My friend suggested Kalpataru, and I have to say that it's the ideal location. Kalpataru Paramount Thane address is Colour Chem Compound, Old Mumbai Agra Road, Near Kapurbawdi Junction, Thane West, Thane. I must say that the property’s architecture and infrastructure are amazing. I am sure it will be a very comfortable place to live in because of the activity and games room, sports amenities, and lush landscaping. 

However, what I did not like about this property is that the Kalpataru Paramount floor plan is not suitable for the middle-class budget. I had been looking for a small cosy place for my family and I found the 2 BHK flats here with an area of 712 sq. ft. quite suitable. But the Kalpataru Paramount Thane price was way off my budget. They are offering the 2 BHK for 1.46 crores, which is a little too much for the area they are offering.

But if you are okay with the price, you can definitely go for it.

Kalpataru Paramount is a great property to invest in for a peaceful living. I say so because my brother recently bought an apartment in this property and I must say, it has everything a modern society and apartment must have and all that at a very reasonable price. Along with being situated in the heart of Thane with all necessary outdoor amenities and connections, the apartment is also loaded with advanced indoor amenities. I would like to present my Kalpataru Paramount review by enlisting the major amenities this place has in its bucket.

• Multipurpose Courts

These are some of the amenities which caught my eye. Apart from this, the apartments are also priced between Rs. 92 lacs to Rs. 1.5 crores which makes it reasonable for the amenities and location of the property.
