I invested here in a 2BHK flat at 90 lakhs. What I loved about this project is it is a well-maintained apartment in the center of Brookfield featuring a good-sized, well-equipped gym and a clean pool. I just loved the Keerthi Flora location. It is just 0.3 km away from Kundalahalli Bus Stop, 0.7 km away from CMRIT College bus stop, 1.6 km away from Brookefield Hospital, and closer to several shopping malls.
The other nicest thing about society, in my opinion, is the security. It is quite safe. The apartments are large yet older. It's not as tall as what the Keerthi developers construct. There is plenty of underground parking available. Overall I will recommend this society to those looking for flat in Phase 2, Brookefield, Bangalore.

There is a large parking space along with a park. There is a gym accessible. Apart from this, you can get multiple top-notch amenities including swimming pool, indoor games, lift, club house, Vastu Compliant flats, intercom, fire safety, CCTV and 24/7 security and power backup. On Saturdays, fresh veggies are sold indoors. Overall, it is not particularly opulent, but unquestionably a decent society.
My friend has been staying in Keerthi Flora for the last 1.6 years. I visited him recently and stayed there for a week. I found apartments with good floor plans and furnishings. They offer amenities like a kids' play area, a clubhouse, a gym, a swimming pool, and power backup, among others. Here, the community celebrates several festivals with joy. Their security service is excellent. The community is kept up nicely in terms of appearance and cleanliness. Overall, I will rate them 4 out of 5 under my Keerthi Flora reviews.
