Inside the project, there are different amenities such as a clubhouse, jogging track, power backup, lift, swimming pool, etc. The pricing of the project is also decent. Sharing my KG Centre Point review. As the name suggests, this project is located in the Centre of Chennai. The place enjoys good connectivity. Some of the nearest landmarks include
Chennai Outer-Ring Road- 3 km
Avadi Main Road- 4 km
State Highway 206- 3 km
State Highway-55- 3 km
The project also has good amenities for its residents. All in all, I like this project. A good and safe place for families!

If you are looking for a positive KG Centre Point review then it’s better if you read the other reviews. When I first checked out the project the builders were contacting me every day. Their true colours came out when I purchased the property. They never received my calls after I made the payment. The project got delayed and I got my apartment in October 2022. The amenities that were promised are not up to mark. You can check some other projects rather than investing in this one.
