What are the reviews of Kingson Green Villa, Sector 16, Greater Noida West?

The Kingson Green Villa location is great. It lies just opposite Casa Greens1, Gautham Buddha Nagar, Sector 16C, Noida Extension. Its Pin Code is 201301 (UP). The Kingson Green Villa price is Rs 3,520 per sq ft, Rs 66 lakhs onwards. A relative of ours lives there so we know the place really well. Mr Suryansh has already mentioned some of the amenities but let me add more to it. This project has

• A clubhouse

• Coffee Lounge and Restaurants

• cafeteria/food court

• Power backup facility

• Indoor games room

• DTH Television facility

• The project is earthquake resistant

• Health club with Steam / Jacuzzi

• Grand Entrance lobby and more

As for the Kingson Green Villa floor plan, let me tell you that the apartments are between

1875.00 sq. ft. - 2050.00 sq. ft. and are quite spacious. It is one of the famous projects of Greater Noida and is worth investing in. 

My uncle and aunty are happy living there and honestly, I like the project myself as well. I will highly recommend this project so you can visit it and take your decision. 

Within 6 months I have heard a lot of Kingson Green Villa complaints but would not have believed them if my sister had not confirmed it. She and her husband booked an apartment here in August. The sales team asked them to wait for a month to get possession but continued to delay it. They ultimately cancelled the booking in December and of course got no money refunded. While her visits she got to know some more negative aspects about this project-

• The materials used for construction are poor

• Road conditions are pathetic

• No proper water supply

• Poor drainage system

• No street light

These are some of the things she could know from a few families living there and are the reasons why she was forced to cancel her booking or else she could have waited. 

I will suggest you not spend any of your hard-earned money on this project.
