What are the reviews of KJ Towers,Warje, Pune?

KJ Towers offers people 2 BHK,3 BHK apartments, with sizes ranging from 575 sq. ft. to 875 sq. ft. The prices for these units start from 82.87 Lacs - ₹1.19 Crores. The price per sq. ft. is approximately Rs. 8,900. The project spans over 7 acres. I read in a KJ Towers review that each unit has a modular kitchen, laminated wooden flooring in the bedrooms, and high-quality bathroom fixtures. The best part of KJ Towers is that it's equipped with smart devices including smart lighting, appliance control and home security set up.

Before purchasing a flat in KJ Towers. I asked people to give a KJ Towers review. They told me, the project is free from any legal problems. The possession date for the flat is expected to be in December 2022- March 2023. The Rera ID for the project is P52100019061. The construction is happening according to schedule. 

KJ Towers has top-notch amenities. The sales associate told me there is a landscaped garden, a modern gymnasium,community hall, and a children's play area,rainwater harvesting system and a sewage treatment plant. The lobby of the apartment has a well-lit and spacious design.The society has a robust security system, with 24/7 CCTV surveillance and a manned security desk. There is also a swimming pool, gym and clubhouse. I would like to mention in my KJ Towers review that all these amenities ensure that residents have everything they need to live a comfortable life.

For me, the location of KJ Towers, Warje, Pune is one of its biggest advantages. The area has everything I could need from  cafes (CCD,City Pride), hotels, medical to educational facilities (New India School, Rosary International School). In terms of transportation, Uber, Ola, and Rapido are easily available. You can see local buses and autos running in the vicinity as well. The project is located right on  the Mumbai-Bangalore national highway. It is close to Kothrud, Baner and Sinhagad road. Hinjewadi IT Park is a short drive away.
