Sharing my KMS Residency review here. My father had invested in a 2BHK property here. I stayed there in the start for a year as my office was close to it. According to me, this residency provides the ideal balance of convenience and comfort. The flats are expertly constructed using premium components and finishing. The clubhouse and beautifully planted grounds, among other attractions, offer a wonderful setting for unwinding and having fun. The management staff is courteous and accommodating.
Also, the BTM Layout is in an excellent position, with everything you need being close by. I found it a wise investment.

I visited the KMS Residency location almost 2 years ago. The first thing that attracted me was its location. The neighbourhood was warm and inviting. This residency was close to shopping malls, hospitals, and schools. Apart from that, I liked the KMS Residency unit size. The flats had contemporary interiors that were exquisitely designed and had lots of natural light. The gardens and spaces near the lift were consistently kept clean and well-maintained. Considering all these benefits, I invested in a 2BHK flat here. Overall, I will rate it 4 out of 5 under my KMS Residency review.

I stayed in KMS Residency, BTM Layout till last year. After that, I rented out my property as I had to shift to Delhi due to my job. So, sharing my KMS Residency Review here. Living at this residency in BTM Layout was an amazing experience. The flats were Vastu compliant, spacious, and had good ventilation. With easy access to main roads and public transport, you couldn't find a better location. The facilities were excellent and included a kids' play area, swimming pool, and fitness center. Overall, I found it a secure place for families. Strongly advised!
