What are the Kohinoor Shangrila 2 Pimpri, Pune Reviews?

My Brother had been looking for a 2 BHK for months so he went and interacted with the sales team to know more details about the project. He found that: 

• The Kohinoor Shangrila 2 project area is 4 acres. 

• The apartments are mainly available in 2 BHK and they are fully Vaastu compliant. 

• Several environment-friendly measures are in place like rainwater harvesting and a sewage treatment plant. 

• For walkers and joggers, a well-built park caters to their requirements for exercise and fresh air.

• The project is RERA-approved. RERA ID - P52100030688.

As for the builder, let me tell you that The Kohinoor Group has been in the real estate industry for years and has completed 39 projects thus far with good standing. This speaks volumes about their track record. I found this project worth investing in so I will suggest you also check it out. 

I heard from a close friend several positive Kohinoor Shangrila 2 reviews. It is an upcoming project by Kohinoor Group. The Kohinoor Shangrila 2 location is near the PCMC Link Road in Pimpri, close to Deccan Honda. I did some research about the infrastructure around this project. This is what I found:

•   Paradise International School and New English School are 4-5 minutes away.

•  The Pimpiri and Evershine Bus stops are 5-6 minutes away.

•  Chichwad and Pimpri Train stations are a 5-10 minute walk from the project. 

• Medlife Multispeciality Hospital which provides top healthcare facilities is only 6-8 minutes away.

I feel the project enjoys a great location. You can travel to any place easily from here. Based on its locational advantage, I will rate it 4/ 5. 

A friend of mine enquired about the size and pricing of the 2 BHKs here and he learned that the Kohinoor Shangrila 2 2BHK price starts from Rs 85.6 lakhs onwards. The apartments range between 706 to 1074 sq ft making them spacious and well-ventilated.  

He visited the site and learned that there are going to be several amazing amenities like:

• An open amphitheatre will be built. 

• The fitness enthusiasts will have a basketball court along with a badminton court. 

• A jogging track and an aerobics room will be constructed here.

• There will also be a library and a co-working space.

• Well Equipped Gym

• Creche and many other amenities.
