The Kohinoor Uptown Avenue price list caught my eye when I heard about this project. They offer units at the best value in Punawale. I recently visited and had an incredible experience. They have features that we weren’t able to find anywhere else at such a low cost, along with low maintenance costs and the best credit options with the least amount of paperwork.
I am not sure if they offer 1 BHK units so I cannot tell you Kohinoor uptown avenue 1BHK price. But I can share with you 2 and 3 BHK price.

Please go through all the Kohinoor Uptown Avenue reviews before you invest here. I have already made a mistake but I would not want anyone else to be duped by this builder. Their primary motivation for entering the home market is profit and money-making. They have no experience in construction. Analyse their prior projects and talk to the residents about their past developments to conduct your own investigation.
They try to take advantage of this by delaying bank disbursements and imposing high interest rates on late payments. They have terrible customer service and show little concern for their patrons. I would never recommend this project. You can rather check out projects like Kolte Patil Life Republic or Tulip Infinity Avana which are located in the same locality.

Kohinoor Uptown Avenue address is Kohinoor Uptown Avenue is Block-C, Siddhashila Eela, Siddhashila Eela Internal Rd, Kate Wasti, Punawale, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Dattwadi, Maharashtra 411033. I can say this any day that this is a dream project for middle-class people with families. It is located in the bustling Punawale neighbourhood that offers both strategic convenience and beauty.
Kohinoor Uptown Avenue possession date is Dec 2027 and I can’t wait to live in my dream 2 BHK house. They have per floor 8 flats 4 lifts and an amenities space of approximately 2.5 Acres. This will be a great investment for you just like it has been for me.
