Kolte Patil 24K Stargaze review: Good location, good area, good flats. The location is perfect, society is located right on  Mumbai - Bangalore highway. There are reputed schools (Ryan International, Sri Sri Ravi Shankar Bal Mandir, CESS Nuffield - FLAME University, Tree House High School) and hospitals (Om Hospital, Ruby Hospital, Jupiter Hospital, Shree Sai Hospital, Elite Healthcare Datar Hospital) in the area. Satav Nagar, Nandegaon Phata, and Lavle bus stops are 12 - 15 minutes away. Rashan Cart LLP, Amit Enterprises, Shubham Mhokar, and Vijay Supermarket are a few of the entertainment centres around Kolte Patil 24K Stargaze.

The society is built by reputed builders: Kolte Patil Developers.So, I expected high quality work. I read a few Kolte Patil 24K Stargaze review about problems with drinking and domestic water issues. With water being available 2hrs in morning, 2 hrs in evening . Despite high maintenance being charged the problems are apparently not being solved by the management committee.Buyers have also complained about electricity and voltage issues as well. With the high price of the 3BHK Unit starting from Rs.4 crores onwards, these issues should be addressed and resolved asap!
