What Are The Reviews Of Kunal Iconia, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune?

My in-laws wanted to invest in real estate. On their behalf, I was also looking. Due to its facilities and advantageous location, we ultimately chose to go with the Kunal Iconia project. My in-laws are senior citizens, so we placed a lot of focus on a project that would be close to hospitals, a superstore, and other amenities. In this Kunal Iconia review, I'd want to highlight a few locational benefits of this project:

• The Dehu Road and Begdewadi train stations are only 14-15 mins away from the project

• It takes only 10 minutes to go to the Dehu Road Police station

• Some of the nearby top hospitals include the ICU, the Cantonment Hospital, and the Aadhar Multispeciality Hospital.

• The Nawu Imperial and Shree Sadguru Krupa Stationery stores are just 4-6 mins away

• Some of the nearby top supermarkets include the Village Farmers Market, Pavanayi Flour Mill, and Ulhas Hotel.

After going through the house-hunting process, I came to the conclusion that modern projects offer a wide range of amenities. Not all of them are really helpful. So, when looking for an apartment, this was the only thing on my mind. By the grace of God, I discovered the Kunal Iconia project since it offers residents access to contemporary amenities. The following are a few of them:-

• There is a different parking space that is just available to guests.

• The building has a shopping centre, allowing inhabitants to stock up on supplies in case of an emergency.

• There includes a badminton court and an aerobics room.

• There are elevators available on every floor of the building 

• There is an installation of an intercom system which would allow the occupants to be informed of visitors

I was looking for flats for my parents in Pune. I recently discovered this project. Let me share my

Kunal Iconia review with a few details on the project.

Kunal Iconia is a RERA-registered project and the RERA ID is P52100014950, P52100022552. Apartments are priced between Rs. 48.5 Lakh and Rs. 68 Lakh. The costs are reasonable, economical, and practical when taking into account the location, services, and facilities offered. However, I heard several apartments in this project have a seepage issue also, during the summer season residents face severe water shortages. I would really appreciate it if someone could provide me with a few data regarding the same. So that I can make a decision before investing here.
