L and T the Gateway’s total project area is 2.5 acres. The project will have 2 buildings and 60+ storeys. My colleague was also keen to see the project and visited the place. He told me about the project’s amenities.

L&T the Gateway will have amenities like:

  • A terrace garden where residents can grow fruits and vegetables.

  • There will be a separate sit-out area.

  • A well-equipped gym will be built along with a separate Yoga zone.

  • EV charging points will be provided.

  • Children will have their play area.

On the lookout for properties, I came across multiple L and T the Gateway Reviews. This project fits my criteria as I was looking into recently launched projects to invest in. As I was searching this project caught my attention.
