What are the reviews of L and T the Gateway, Parel, Mumbai?

L and T the Gateway’s total project area is 2.5 acres. The project will have 2 buildings and 60+ storeys. My colleague was also keen to see the project and visited the place. He told me about the project’s amenities.

L&T the Gateway will have amenities like:

My friend enquired about the project details and has a keen interest in booking a flat here keeping L&T the builder in mind. In a fast-developing area like Sewri West, property appreciation is bound to happen.
