I have heard that Lodha Casa Eden has got RERA approval. Apparently, that is one sign that the project will be free of any issues. I tried to do some digging and so far there are no lawsuits (yes, I have serious trust issues). The thing is it’s difficult to form an opinion as yet. And online reviews are going to be tough to trust because I don’t really know who wrote them. I am visiting this site in the 2nd week of June, care to join?

Lodha Casa Eden reviews will come in only after the possession begins. As of now, I can probably tell you about the locality as I have been exploring some more options in that area by Lodha itself. The fact is that you can rely on Lodha’s rapport when it comes to fulfilling promises. And I think it’s good that Lodha Casa Eden is close to the upcoming metro line. Connectivity is actually not a problem as Mumbai Nashik Highway connects to all the major parts of the city. My concerns remain with the traffic situation. I hope that gets better.

Although Lodha Casa Eden is still under construction, I feel there is a lot of promise. Lodha is a big name in Thane real estate so I assume they will live up to my expectations. I attended the Lodha Casa Eden launch event and from the looks of it, I was enticed into buying a 2BHK with deck here. I am looking for a house amidst the best of facilities within Rs. 70 lakhs. In the launch event we were told that there will be a dedicated meditation area, swimming pool, gym, amphitheatre, and, oh, an Arcade hall among many other facilities. Have you heard anything so far? What are your thoughts.
