What are the Reviews of Lodha Park, Worli, Mumbai?

In this project, I have reserved a 3BHK unit.  I was impressed with its opulent and superior towers. The following benefits I found in this project:

• They have high quality flats.

• To ensure endurance and durability, they use high-quality materials.

• Modern amenities including gyms, swimming pools, beautifully landscaped gardens, and more are included.

• This development has security elements like access control, gated communities, and round-the-clock surveillance.

• They integrated energy-efficient elements and green building methods.

• They offer ease of access to the best restaurants, hotels, shopping centres, Palladium, IKEA, and other high-end establishments.

I asked their marketing team about the Lodha Park completion date. They informed me that Lodha Kiara is the tower in Lodha Park that is ready for occupancy. Lodha Adrina, the last tower, is presently undergoing development and is scheduled for delivery in 2024.

One of the future high-end modern house developments is Lodha Park. I looked up the Lodha Park address online since I intend to visit it. I discovered that it is located in Pandurang Budhkar Marg, which is in Worli, Mumbai, next to the Shree Simandhar Swami Jain Temple. 

I also looked through some of the Lodha Park reviews and discovered that this project provides superior luxury residences that anticipate all of your demands and provide a rich experience. There are a few affluent towers like Lodha Allura & Lodha Parkside or Lodha Kiara or Lodha Marquise with more than 20 contemporary amenities. I also found that the Lodha Park possession date is December 2024. If you have visited this project, please share your thoughts?

My best friend lives in the Lodha Kiara Tower of this particular project. Since I wanted to purchase a 2 BHK property there, I asked for his Lodha Park reviews. I have shared what he said here. He said that anyone considering investing in this project must think twice. 

• He informed me that the building is of very low quality. 

• There are glass facades in place of walls, and they all leak during the rain. 

• Gypsum is used to fill in the spaces above the glass façade. 

• It isn't possible to drill to hang drapes because there isn't any concrete. 

• The Lodha Park 2 BHK price is also very high. 

He advises me to go to Mumbai XL or ACME Avenue. This is due to their affordable pricing and better construction quality.
