Spread across 65 acres, this meticulously designed project is situated in Hebbal, Bellary Road near Bangalore International Airport, Manyata Tech Park, RMZ Tech Park, ORR, Yelahanka as well as existing communities of residents with amenities, schools, and health facilities in the immediate vicinity. Moreover, Hebbal is becoming highly sought-after and well-established, which makes this project good for both self-use as well as investment purposes. I ended up purchasing an L&T Raintree Boulevard resale flat. Initially, I had high hopes for this residential apartment launched in Hebbal, Bellary Road, North Bangalore. When I visited the society for the first time, everything looked luxurious. I was blown away by the beautiful landscape and brilliant architecture. I Googled the exact L&T Raintree Boulevard location and saw that the society has excellent connectivity to other areas of Bangalore.

I had also inquired about the L&T Raintree Boulevard phase 2 price from a promoter. I am not at all happy with the service I received at the sales office. The promoter seemed to be in a hurry and did not explain details about the society's property. Moreover, I believed the quality of construction would match the L&T Raintree Boulevard master plan shown on their website. I was wrong, the quality is bad. I have read several reviews of l&t realty raintree boulevard Bangalore where people are complaining about “toilets needing repair even after 2 1/2 years”, “kitchen sink leaking”, “basements flooding during pre-monsoon rains”, pipe burst which causes waterfalls” etc. My experience has been similar, the workmanship is shoddy. There is a daily problem with parking for guests and seepage. The management takes forever to register the complaint and act on it.

Cost-cutting is noticeable the moment you step into your house.  If you wish to speak to other residents about their experience, the L&T Raintree Boulevard address is Sahakar Nagar Rd, Indra Nagar, Sahakar Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560092.  I would not recommend you spend your hard-earned money on L&T Raintree Boulevard resale or a new unit.There are excellent Integrated townships where you will get better quality, better amenities for a better price.

Thanks to everyone who has shared reviews about the residential project ‘L&T Realty Raintree Boulevard’. There are many aspects that I need to think about while looking for a house. The area, amenities, construction material, design of the house, and information about the developer are on top of the list.

I think the location of L&T Raintree Bangalore is great. There is public transport available next to the main gate. I find it super convenient and cost-effective to have a metro station within walking distance.

Though, I do think the price of the apartment is on the pricier side. The design and L&T Raintree Boulevard floor plan are perfect for families. There is plenty of space in the flat, the apartment gets sunlight via the big windows and good cross ventilation via the balcony. I do think the quality of flats can be improved.​​ The fittings in all the bathrooms and rooms should be changed. The size of the bathrooms is smaller than expected. The wall of the flat is made of concrete. This means no one can break the walls to customise the layout. This fact is disappointing to me. If I'm spending crores on a flat, I will want to customise the space. 

There is a lot of open space in the L&T Raintree Boulevard. There is greenery and plants in each corner of the project. The sales team had shared details about the project before my visit to the project site. My favourite facility is the indoor heated pool. There is an issue with the parking and the mannerism of guards as well. I read somewhere that there is constant pipe leakage and bursts in the basement. 

All in all, it is a beautifully constricted project but it needs maintenance by the developer. If you are interested, just visit the location.

I want you to know that the L&T Raintree Boulevard features all the modern amenities and facilities, like a clubhouse, meditation center, indoor games, kids play area , swimming pool, gym, cafeteria, landscape garden park, open space, intercom, firefighting equipment, power backup, rainwater harvesting, 24-hour water supply, car parking, multipurpose hall, sewage treatment plant, convenience stores, 24x7 security, basketball court, earthquake-resistant, jogging track, maintenance staff, tennis court, etc.

The only L&T Raintree Boulevard complaints I have heard is that it witnesses traffic bottlenecks during peak hours while accessing major parts of North Bangalore.

I will share my L&T Raintree Boulevard Phase 2 reviews. I can't say enough about the construction quality of this project. While visiting the site I have checked out the rooms and balconies. Every apartment is strategically made and all the apartments are spacious. Inside the L and T Raintree Boulevard you will get all the modern amenities such as Gyms, health club, jacuzzi, indoor games, badminton court, etc. This was my positive feedback on L&T Raintree Boulevard reviews.
