What are the reviews of L&T Seawoods Residences , Navi Mumbai?

You must have already got an idea about the L&T Seawoods Residences price. Don’t you think it's just too much? L&T is quite infamous for constructing buildings with leakages. From what I have heard they delay possessions of almost all the projects that they have been involved in. I went to check out a 2 BHK here after calling them but when I reached there, they simply said all the 2 BHKs are booked. They insisted I check 3 BHK flat. Why should I do it? I don’t know what kind of sales team they have.

L&T Seawoods Residences price starts from Rs 2.69 crores and I have high expectations from it. I checked out this project in December 2022 and noted down some L&T Seawoods project details. Let me share them here

• In all the bedrooms vitrified tiles have been laid to make them royal and elegant

• For the living and dining rooms- marble/vitrified flooring will be done depending on the type of apartment

• All the windows will have anodized/powder-coated aluminium frames

• The kitchens will be having granite platform and stainless steel sink with faucet

• Premium sanitary ware along with CP fittings will be there

• Provision of geysers will also be there in the bathrooms

• You will be getting glass partition in master toilets and they are really spacious

I was looking to invest in a 2 BHK in L and T Seawoods Residences, so I asked my friend about this project. He told me that the salespeople and channel partners are shamelessly providing fake information about the project. They are hiding the information about the mandatory provision of 20% lower income housing within the plot itself and the matter is sub judice. They are saying that the legal issue is about a dispute related to the amenities and is nothing much to worry about. Also, they are not giving the open-to-sky area size and podium size in writing and have questionable Change of Land Usage from Commercial to Residential for the whole plot.
