M3M Woodshire possession was available from 2017 and I bought a flat here in 2019. I am an owner and I can tell you that the clubhouse's amenities here are terrible. The gym in this society has terrible hours—it closes at 11:30 and opens at 4:30. It makes no sense to me that the clubhouse is closed on Tuesdays. The pool is constantly filthy with mosquitoes. I have also observed that the gym's equipment is flimsy and of very poor quality and there is a high potential for harm. Although the M3M Woodshire location is ideal and the construction quality is poor. The government has also halted further work because of the very high water level in the area.

The quality of maintenance in our society, M3M Woodshire Dwarka Expressway, is terrible. In the past the residents also faced an issue where there was water logging infront of the apartment for 6 months, which then became the breeding ground for mosquitoes and insects posing health hazards to the residents. Some road issues are still ongoing. I would really suggest to visit the property in person, understand from the sales staff, building authorities as well as the residents if the issues have been sorted or not. Do not spend your hard earned money without a site visit to this property.
