What are the reviews of Mahaveer Gardenia Kumaraswamy Layout Bangalore?

My friend connected with the sales team of Mahaveer Gardenia. about Mahaveer Gardenia possession date. They said it was handed over in September 2008. He could easily move in.

He went on the project tour and checked the amenities. Since he loved water. The swimming pool felt like home. There was also a gym and indoor games area.  The gym would help him keep in good shape and he could play Indoor games in his spare time.

He was impressed with it. He had a word with the residents there and has good reviews from them as well.  As far as I know, he is planning to invest here soon. 

My associate Revanth wanted to look at properties in Kumaraswamy Layout as his son got admission into the Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering. They currently stay in Hanumantha Nagar which would have been a long commute for his son to university.

After going through many Mahaveer Gardenia reviews, he decided it would be worth checking out. He found Mahaveer Gardenia is strategically placed with Jayanagar, RV Road and JP Nagar Metro Stations nearby. For medical facilities, he found Aster RV Hospital is just 4.5 km away. The Mahaveer Gardenia location is convenient for both father and son from what I know. I think if you have college-going kids, and are looking to make commuting easier, this could be your option.

I wanted to look to invest in properties in Bangalore. Since I was a resident there, I had listed down a few properties to look at. One of them was Mahaveer Gardenia.

I first asked the project manager and gained an understanding of Mahaveer Gardenia unit configurations. I found that there were  2 BHK and 3 BHK flats on offer.

The range of the flats was between Rs. 78 to Rs. 85 Lakhs. This was well within my budget. I am fairly happy with the Mahaveer Gardenia reviews I got from current residents regarding maintenance, management and overall living experience.

I have booked a 3BHK flat here and am happy with how things came together. It was a great decision to invest in the property and I have no regrets.
