What are the reviews of Mahaveer Sitara, JP Nagar, Bangalore?

I checked out the Mahaveer Sitara floor plans online first and then decided to visit it personally. Here is the floor plan-

The Mahaveer Sitara possession date was set for last year and people have started moving in there in bulk. But now, let me share my experience with the sales team here-

I booked an apartment here last year but due to some financial crisis, I cancelled it within three weeks. I was assured that my money will be refunded but I never got it. I am also not sure whether I will ever get it or not. They do not receive calls or reply to emails. It has been five months already. I came across another man with the same issue last month so please do not invest any money here. They are very rude, unprofessional and make false promises. 

I like the Mahaveer Sitara location. You should always choose an apartment from where you can reach any destination easily. This project is a very new one and is strategically located at a place from where you will get almost everything within 3 km. I board my office bus from the Robomania bus station located just within 1.2 km of the project so I know the area quite well. Here is a list of destinations that can be reached very easily from Mahaveer Sitara-

• Numelior and Ds Max Starlet are within 2.4 km

• The Yelachenahalli metro station is within 5 km

• The Rainbow Clinic and Diagnostics, M N SPECIALITY CLINIC & DIAGNOSTIC CENTRE and Infilife - Preventive Center for Diabetes & Life-Style Disease hps[itals are within 2 km

• Natyanjali School of Dance, Bangalore Preschools and Podar Jumbo Kids Plus are all within 2.2km

• You will also get several movie theatres, malls and more near this project like the

• Siddeshwara 4K Dolby Atmos Cinema, Siddalingeshwara Theatre and Coffee Bite Media House within 2 km

• Kala Arts and Crafts Trust and Royal Stores malls within 2 km

Mahaveer Sitara is a residential township located in the JP Nagar area of Bangalore. JP Nagar is a well-connected area surrounded by important roads which serve as key nodes of Bengaluru. I know this because I live in this area and I recently visited Mahaveer Sitara since I was looking to purchase an apartment there. So, I can say that I am a reliable source to give Mahaveer Sitara review. But my review is majorly focused on the locality of this property because that is one of the best advantages of this property.

The best thing about this property is the modern and up-to-date facilities it offers to its residents. Not only the mandatory security and power backup facilities are provided, but also advanced and luxury amenities like a private terrace garden, library, and visitor parking area, are also offered to the residents, along with other high-class facilities. Being located in JP Nagar, the property has no connectivity issue and the prices of the apartment are also along the budget keeping all the amenities in mind.

Mahaveer Sitara is 5 acres township located in the JP Nagar area of Bangalore. It is a splendid property in one of the best residential areas of Bangalore. I know this because I have visited this property site personally for myself and in my Mahaveer Sitara review I can firmly state that it is a very high-end yet very affordable property. This property is also located adjacent to the forest which gives its residents pure bliss of nature and greenery. Along with best-in-class amenities and superb connectivity, this property attracted me the most because of its price.
