What are the reviews of Mahaveer Tranquil Whitefield Bangalore ?

While looking at some properties, I came across Mahaveer Tranquil. Since I worked in ITPL it was easy for me to go and view the project. I had a conversation with the project manager at the venue and he told me about Mahaveer Tranquil unit configurations.

He said that there are 2BHK and 3 BHK flats here. The price range was between Rs. 2.20 crore to Rs. 3.45 crore for 3BHK flats while for 2BHK flats, starting price was Rs. 1.2 crores. I had a look at the project interiors to find out how it was done. There were vitrified tiles in all areas except the bathrooms. Emulsion paint was used for interior walls and acrylic paint was used for the exterior walls.

I liked how the project was made and booked 3BHK here. I am pleased with buying the house.

My sister was staying in Haralur. She decided to check out properties on the adjoining areas and Whitefield. Since Whitefield has been booming she was sure to find a nice property to invest here.

While she was on the lookout, she read plenty of Mahaveer Tranquil reviews and checked out the project. Before she got there she ascertained Mahaveer Tranquil RERA approval. The RERA number is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/171028/000807|03/2018.

She went on a house tour and sent us the video. The house looked well lit, spacious and interiors looked good as well. The windows were powder coated and had safety grills and glass panels. Teak Wood frame was used for the main door. Sal Wood frames were used for the other doors and finished with enamel paint. This gave a new feel to the house even after 7 years of construction.

She is finalising loan formalities and can’t wait to live here.

I have heard a lot about societies by Mahaveers. Finally, I am looking to buy my own house in Whitfield and I came across Mahaveer Tranquil reviews. I was aware that Mahaveer Tranquil possession date was in Jan 2017.

Mahaveer Tranquil location is at Nallurahalli, Vydehi Hospital Road Near Brigade IRV Center. Since I will be moving in with my family, I needed to ensure that the locality has robust infrastructure. I saw for medical facilities, Vydehi Hospital and Manipal Hospitals are closeby. There is also metro connectivity from five stations which allows one to move to other corners of Bangalore. Whitefield Railway Station was a short distance away.

As far as property is concerned, I think given my budget and offerings of the society, it fits into my requirements. I have some more visits lined up at other projects, I will soon take the final call.
