What are the Reviews of Mahaveer Zephyr Kodichikkanahalli Bangalore?

My Aunt wanted to invest in real estate, she worked in Insurance so she was transferred to the LIC JP Nagar Branch, she saw a lot of properties but could not find the right match.

When she got to know about Mahaveer Zephyr, she wanted to see it right away. She arranged for a project tour and first understood  Mahaveer Zephyr unit configurations. This project had only 2 and 3 BHK options available.

The Mahaveer Zephyr price range was between Rs. 1.2 Crore to Rs. 1.6 Crore. Overall, she was happy and decided to take a 2 BHK.

While searching for properties in Bangalore, I came across a few Mahaveer Zephyr reviews. After going through them, I decided to schedule a project tour. 

Mahaveer Zephyr location is Kodichikkanahalli, Off Bannerghatta Main Road, Bangalore. I really liked the location, and some of the locational advantages are as follows, 

• Mangammanapalya and the 7th Main Road bus stop are the closest to this project. 

• RV Road Metro Station is a few kilometres away. 

• This gives wonderful connectivity to the business hubs of Bangalore such as KR Market and Chikpet.

• Bannerghatta Road’s Fortis Hospital and Apollo Hospital are right next to each other and not too far away. 

• National Public School HSR and VIBGYOR High School are near this project. 

• Dmart Hongasandra and Vishal Mega Mart are close by.

Overall, the project is very good, and I am planning to book an apartment here. 

My friend went around looking for properties but he could not finalise quickly. When he heard of Mahaveer Zephyr, he decided to go and check the project.

At the venue, he learnt that Mahaveer Zephyr RERA Number is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/PR/171015/000461|09/2026. The flats were also fully Vaastu compliant. As he believed in Vaastu, this was a big positive for him.

He got to know that the project was completed in February 2018. He also saw the project amenities, which were like, 

• A spa on its premises

• Indoor gaming zone and multiple sports courts. 

• It had a gym aerobics room and a jogging track.

He loved the amenities on offer and decided to book a flat here.
