I was looking at properties in Mumbai. A few colleagues indicated that looking at Mahindra Eminente would be a wise choice. I went to the property to find out about the Mahindra Eminente possession. They said the flats are fully constructed and ready to move in.
I took a project tour and observed that the society was clean and well-mainted. It had spacious gardens, good parking space and security in place.
I am waiting for my lawyers to complete due diligence of the property and looking at the financial statements. Investing here seems like a good option so far.
Hi, I am sharing my Mahindra Eminente review here. I have been around the property. Mahindra Eminente location is at Piramal Nagar on SV Road which comes in the Goregaon West Area. I also looked at the connecting areas. In terms of physical infrastructure, train connectivity from Goregaon if needed is 5 minutes away. I checked for hospitals, I found Madhavbaug Sane Care Clinic and Ayushakti Ayurved Health Centre within a 4 km radius. City Centre Mall and Oberoi Mall are 1km and 3km away respectively. I am planning to book a visit soon to know about the insides of society and property.

My Nephew was heavily committed to buying a property in Mumbai. My father suggested going and seeing Mahindra Eminente. He was excited about the idea.
He went and saw the project. His first task was to see the Mahindra Eminente configurations. He came to know the only variety of flats available were 3BHK. The 3 BHK flats ranged from Rs 2.39 crore to Rs 3.97 crore.
Another thing which enticed my Nephew was that the property gave a generous rental income too if the property was let out. He had a budget of 2.5 crore and registered the 3 BHK flat.
