Mana Dale project spreads across 6.97 acres consisting of 6 towers, 29 floors, 680 flats, and 75% open space. This is the tallest tower in the vicinity. This is an under construction property and the Mana Dale possession date is December 2032. This is a RERA registered project and the Mana Dale RERA number is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/091123/006409. Overall, the project is a good one and worth investing in. This is also because the project is developed by the renowned Mana builder. This is one of the top builders in Bangalore.

I am writing this Mana Dale review as I booked a 3 BHK apartment here. The Mana Dale unit configuration includes 3, and 4 BHk apartments. You can check this table to understand the configuration,

I also like the project specification that includes, RCC Framed Structure with RCC walls. 

The starting Mana Dale price is Rs. 1.85 Cr. What I like most about this project is the Mana Dale location. As this is only 14 minutes from my office, Infosys. One can reach silk board and electronic city within 30 and 25 minutes respectively. The nearest railway station is Karmelaram which is just 2.6 km. You can visit the site as I think investing here will yield a good ROI.

Two months ago, I reserved my flat through Mana Dale. I can give you my Mana Dale reviews. The project's concept, which emphasises green spaces and preserves over 300 trees on the estate, as well as the excellent floor plans, really impressed me.
