What are the reviews of Mana Macasa Emerald, Chikkanayakanahalli, Bangalore?

The Macasa Emerald location is good. It is located in

Chikkanayakanahalli, Sarjapur Main Road, Bangalore. But

I feel that the units are very small in size. And in the name of concept, they are forcing us to take take interiors and furnishing done from them. They are not giving any option to buy flats without interiors done by them. Also, in their ad, they had mentioned Ikea furniture, but when we checked with the salesperson, he said it wouldn't be Ikea.

I have read other Mana Macasa Emerald reviews as well and I came to know that the builders of Mana Macasa Emerald are emphasising repeatedly that they have a millennial concept and they want every flat to have the same concept which is why they want all furnishing be done by them. It is clearly evident that to make up for the less space available and less number of flats, they are trying to create hype that it's a concept-based project. I feel that there is nothing special about this project apart from location. 

I find the location and price of Macasa Emerald to be really good. As per the plan, there is open space for walking and cycling. It is a very peaceful location. And thanks to the sales team for the detailed explanation of the smooth process of booking the flat.

Macasa Emerald possession date is December 2024.
