I loved that this complex offers all the contemporary amenities you could want, such as a gym, power backup, security, a badminton court, a park, a clubhouse, fire safety, and more. Overall, the project appealed to me, therefore I booked a 2 BHK with 1228 square feet.

Recently, my father and I went to the Manar Manha location. We loved its location, amenities and floor plan. I found that there were many bus stations in the close vicinity of this complex. You can get easy access to Kudlu Gate, Bommanahalli, Rupena Agrahara and so on. Apart from that, you can get top hospitals (Government Primary Health Center), multiple schools (VIBGYOR High School or Sri Chaitanya School) and shopping malls nearby. As my father was very happy with this project, we booked a 3 BHK flat here. The Manar Manha 3 BHK price for our 1300 sq ft flat was Rs 1.2 crores.
