What are the Reviews of Mantra Magnus Mundhwa Pune?

My cousin was interested in new projects and so he enquired about Mantra Magnus. He told me that the Mantra Magnus project area is huge on a nice 7-acre spread. Three new towers have been launched here. The project is RERA registered, RERA Number - P52100030387. 

I would say that the Mantra Magnus location is quite strategic. My cousin who has booked a flat here said that the connectivity of this project is one of the best selling points. These are some of the details that I recall. 

• Hospitals such as Aditya and Ganga Nursing Home are 5 and 9 minutes away. 

• Phoenix Mall comes within a 7 km radius. 

• Butterfly Trampoline Park Kharadi is not too far from this project.

• The nearest bus station is Kharadi Bypass which is 3.8 km away. 

• SERRA International School is 3km away.

• IT Parks such as SP InfoCity and Magarpatta City are 20 minutes and 5 minutes away respectively.

My cousin liked the overall connectivity given by this project. You should go and see for yourself if the hype he created is worth it or not.

While looking at properties I came across many Mantra Magnus reviews. It is a project in Pune by the Mantra Group. Mantra Magnus is located near the Shell petrol Pump in Kodre Nagar Mundhwa. I learned that they are offering luxury apartments in this project. The project has an excellent location.

Right now, this project is under construction. However, after paying a site visit, I am quite interested. A 2BHK would be perfect for me with my 90 lakh budget.  But I would like to check out other options before making a decision. Has anybody else checked this project yet? Please let me know your thoughts.

My friend went for a project tour to understand the configurations. He said that Mantra Magnus 2bhk price is Rs. 85 Lakh onwards. For a 3BHK flat, the price is Rs. 1.25 crores. The 3 BHK Duplex category is priced at 1.4 crores.  Since Mantra has been in the industry since 2007, they are well-trusted.  

Although the Mantra Magnus possession date is near December 2028, many people have shown keen interest here. In the project tour, my friend noted some of the amenities offered here. These include:

1. A sauna and a co-working space will be available here. 

2. Green pockets so this is an environmentally friendly venture. 

3. There is also a party lawn to host outdoor parties.

4. An integrated retail arcade will be a part of this project.

5. There will be a separate sitting area for senior citizens in this project.

When it came to the amenities, my friend was very satisfied with what Mantra Magnus had to offer. He said he might invest here.
