and at times I urgently need someone to take care of my children. So, my colleague suggested that I check out the apartments in Gagan Avencia. Thankfully, they have their own creche and this place is also close to my office so I have decided to buy a property here and settle in. The amenities are also great. There are swimming pools, amphitheatre, clubs, multipurpose lawn, etc available. I will go on a site visit and if everything works I will finalise an apartment in Gagan Avencia. Here is my Mantra Moments review. The first thing I would say is that the project offers a good quality living space. There are different types of amenities in this project which help the residents live a modern lifestyle. Inside the project, you will get access to amenities like club house, coffee lounge and restaurants, jogging track, security, lift, reserved parking, swimming pool, cafeteria, etc. The project pricing of the apartments starts at Rs. 29 lac which I feel is a steal deal opportunity. All in all, I would rate this project a 4 out of 5.
