Jubilee hills is an affluent locality in Hyderabad close to Shaikpet. Mantri A is present in a locality with a robust physical infrastructure. Any location in Hyderabad provides access to this project. As far as transportation is concerned, a variety of public transportation choices are available to you. Just 35 minutes by car will take you to the Begumpet Airport. Peddamma Gudi is a 12-minute drive away and is the closest train station. I will share my Mantri A review. I paid a visit to this property once. 3 BHK, 4 BHK, and 5 BHK apartments are offered at extremely reasonable costs and are spacious. I took a look at 3 and 4BHK apartments and noticed that there was a spacious living area, a kitchen with sufficient storage, and separate wardrobe compartments in each room. The ventilation is quite good. I am planning to invest here but will wait to check more options.

Mantri A is a RERA-registered project and the RERA ID is P02500000549. The price of the apartment is  Rs. 9.64 Crores, which I think is quite exorbitant and beyond my budget. However, the price is justifiable considering the locality of Jubilee hills, which is one of the most affluent and posh neighbourhoods in Hyderabad and is also home to many celebrities and businessmen. 

Booked an apartment in this Mantri A project mainly because the project is located in a very good locality. Other areas of the city, like Kondapet and Nizampet, are easily accessible from Jubilee Hills. Parking is available, there is less traffic, and it has good connectivity to roads and public transportation. In less than 10 kilometres, you may reach the Borabanda, Bharat Nagar, and HITECH City train stations. The closest metro stations to this location are Peddamma Temple (1 km), Jubilee Hills Checkpoint (1 km), and Madhapur Metro Station (1 km).

In this Mantri A review, I would like to say that the project offers a myriad of amenities. I was completely amazed when they listed the world-class amenities that they are going to provide. Usual facilities like security, water supply, parks, power backup, and so on are quite readily available in most apartments but the Mantri A project provides special amenities like Skydeck, theme-based architecture, a pool with a temperature control facility, indoor squash courts, private terrace and so on.
