What are the Reviews of Mantri Webcity, Narayanapura, Bangalore?

A few weeks back, I learned about this project from a friend of mine. He told me he has invested in an apartment here and this got me curious. I looked up the Mantri Webcity address online and visited the property. Since the apartments available here are resale, I could check the apartments. The apartments seemed spacious to me, with a lot of natural light and air. Apart from that, the property is also close to a lot of key locations, such as. 

1. Decathlon (1 km), 

2. Lulu Value Mart (1 km), 

3. New Horizon International School (270 m), 

4. Elements Mall (7 km), 

5. Manayata Tech Park (8 km). 

After learning about these location advantages, I understood that investing here would be quite fruitful and thus I bought a 2 BHK apartment.

Mantri is one of the best builders in Bangalore without a doubt and after learning about their Webcity project, I read a few Mantri Webcity reviews. From the review, I learned about the various details of the project, such as its location advantages, amenities, etc. Some amenities that stood out to me are the karaoke room, steam and sauna room and hair salon. 

I also learned about the Mantri Webcity price and carpet size of the apartments available there. I have added them to a list below. 

Some say it’s pricey but fair. After learning about this, I planned to purchase a 3 BHK unit with a carpet area of 1,445 sq. ft. For that, I had to pay Rs. 1.18 crore.

2014, and it will soon be 8 years until we move in. We were provided with the year 2017 as the date. Mantri Webcity is a

pleasant place to stay. We had purchased a flat here and given it on rent. The entrance road is impressive, measuring over 80 feet and having a divider. Right around the corner are grocery stores. My husband and I invested in

Mantri Webcity in 2019. I do not have anything positive to say in my Mantri Webcity review.

They stole our registration money, registered several flats on our behalf, and then each salesman apologised, saying there had been a misunderstanding and our apartment had been given to someone else. They promised to display us a new unit, registered the new apartment, and then called later to apologise that it had been given to someone else again. This continued for at least six months. Even after all the paperwork was completed, we still don’t have the flat and the ₹1 lakh registration fee that we had already handed to Mantri.

Since 2019, our money has been stuck here, yet nothing has changed. I would never recommend

Mantri Webcity to anyone.

Mantri Webcity is located

on the route from Kothanur to the international airport. Some of the apartments are still being finished because it is a new building. Both the management and the design are quite attractive. The campus and the building both have beautiful green surroundings with farms and trees, so the air is constantly fresh and pure.
