After reading a few Marathon Nexworld reviews, I visited the location of the project. One of the main reasons for visiting the project was because the Marathon Group is developing it. They had developed the Marathon Sunset Gardens, where I had tried to purchase an apartment previously but wasn’t able to for some reason. During the visit, I saw that the construction of the project seemed close to being completed. I asked an executive present there about the Marathon Nexworld RERA number, which was P51700032675, P51700052461. He also told me that the possession of the project is in December 2026. Because of this I bought an apartment from them.

Following this, I also learned about the Marathon Nexworld amenities, which are library, indoor games, gym, banquet hall, guest room, sports court, kids' play area, infinity pool, etc. Following this, I planned to invest in a 1 BHK apartment from them.

Let me share my Marathon Nexworld review. The Marathon Nexworld possession date is December 2024. Since we are talking about this project I would like to talk about Marathon Realty private limited, the builder who is constructing the project. The developer has a reputation of extorting money and vanishing. They also provide wrong information at the time of purchase. They are nowhere to be found during the time of need after getting the money. So, as a buyer, I am really disappointed.

I will share my Marathon Nexworld review. Located in East Dombivli, the project offers Studio, 1 and 2 BHK spacious apartments. The project offers ample amenities such as a clubhouse, outdoor tennis courts, power backup, security, a park, gyms, a flower garden, an indoor game room, and indoor squash Badminton courts. This project is on the top of my list since all the apartments are Vastu complaints. My mother is a Vastu believer and she wanted me to look for a Vastu-compliant house in Dombivli. The project is close to where I work so I feel this project is perfect for a family to live peacefully!
