I took a 1 BHK flat in Maruti Tower CHS just a few months back and till now my experience has been smooth and relaxing. The community is quite engaging and happening as we all gather together in the evening to hang out and unwind in the park. I love the space here. The rooms are spacious and there is a good amount of parking space as well. Based on my requirements, this is a perfect place for me as there is not much ruckus in the city and it’s quite peaceful at night. If you have kids, then you will love this place as there’s a children play area as well which is quite huge.

I visited this project after checking some Maruti Tower CHS reviews. We decided to take a 1 BHK flat here as we found the rates quite reasonable. The society is well maintained and hygienic. There is ample parking space and the apartments are spacious too. There are quite a few amenities such as a children's play area, park, indoor games, security, lift, and power backup as well. The Maruti Tower CHS unit configuration is 1 BHK that spreads across 0.01 acres. Overall, the project is a good one to invest in.
