I would like to share my

Max Sunflower

review by telling you that it is one of the worst apartments to invest in. There is no maintenance in the apartment and also there is a water and electricity problem. One of my friends bought an apartment here and he told me that it is not very safe at night time around this area. She also told me there was seepage in his apartment.

Max Sunflower price

starts at around 1.2 crores for a three-bedroom flat. I don't think someone would like to invest so much in a flat which has so many problems from the start.
