What are the Reviews of Mayfair Anthem Sarjapur Road Bangalore?

Sarjapur has excellent bus connectivity from other areas and has seen tremendous development over the years. My friend wanted to invest in properties at Sarjapur Road. He checked out many of them. But when he had a chance to look at Mayfair Anthem, he felt that he found the right place.

As I was also looking for a 2 BHK flat there, he shared his  Mayfair Anthem review with me. He said the total project size is 2 acres. There are 140 units in total in four towers. Mayfair Anthem unit configuration is 2 BHK. The price range for the 2 BHK flats is from Rs 1.18 Crore to 1.51 Crore. At the project, he also got to know of the connecting hotspots around it.

• Bellandur and Kodathi Bus Stop are nearby.

• Bellandur Road and Railway Crossing train stations are a short distance away.

• BN Speciality Hospital is very accessible from Mayfair Anthem.

• VIBGYOR High School and Harvest International School are only a short distance away.

• MK Retail Supermarket is situated near this project.

He was pleased with the connectivity. Since he had a budget of 2 Crore he bought a flat here.

On the lookout for properties near Sarjapur Road, I came across this property. I discovered many positive Mayfair Anthem review. After checking them closely, I decided to schedule a project tour. 

Mayfair Anthem location is in Sarjapur Road, Bangalore. During the visit, I checked out the project interiors and found out that, this projet offers:

I was very satisfied with the overall design of the project. Also, the location was strategically placed. Hence, I decided to book a flat here.

My cousin’s workplace was shifted to Sarjapur Road. He checked out multiple properties to switch houses there. When he heard of Mayfair Anthem, he decided to visit the Mayfair Anthem location and find out about the details.

After visiting he shared his review with me and said that the project was completed in December 2012. The flats were fully Vastu compliant. When he reached the project he was given a tour of the amenities. Some of them were:

• A power backup facility is provided.

• A park has been built for the resident’s use.

• Mayfair Anthem has a well-equipped gym and a jogging track.

• The project has a separate indoor gaming area, and so on.

He liked the amenities and decided to book a flat here.
