Vaibhav, my cousin from Pune, saw some properties there. He had heard of Megapolis Symphony. He wanted to be sure if the project was fine from a legal viewpoint before buying a flat.
He went for a site visit and the manager told him that project is RERA registered and Megapolis Symphony RERA number is P52100000887|07/2022. Since the project was handed over in 2021, it is ready to occupy as well.
Vaibhav decided to go ahead and book a flat here. I am visiting him in October at his new house.

My boss told me about his Megapolis Symphony reviews as he is currently house hunting for investment. Megapolis Symphony location is at Hinjewadi - Pirangut Road, Phase 3, Pimpri-Chinchwad.
He mentioned that Rihe Phata and Nandgaon Phata Bus Stops are a short distance away from the project. Basic physical infrastructure including medical assistance are available too with Sai Clinic and Dr Bhavna's Clinic. For daily needs, Mega Market and Prime Store were the easiest to reach. He decided to book a flat here and rent it out soon after possession.

I recently went to the Megapolis Symphony to visit a friend. I saw Megapolis Symphony unit configurations. There are just 2 BHK flats here. I asked her how much did she invest and learned that it stands between Rs 67 Lakh to Rs 80 Lakh.
